Our Resilience Assessment programme helped Taylor Vinters take fast and agile action to align on strategy during a period of severe disruption.

We undertook a four-week consulting programme to complement Taylor Vinters’ lockdown strategy review, by taking a broad look at the organisation and identifying opportunities to improve resilience and agility, in the short term and longer term. The programme included staff and leadership team interviews, statistical analysis, and diagnosis of key areas of disconnect across the business. 

What we did

We immersed ourselves in the business and undertook a rapid, agile consulting programme to uncover urgent insights about the problem at hand. Two key diagnoses were identified

  • Staff and leadership team survey interviews.
  • Macro and micro statistical analysis
  • Diagnosis of key areas of technical and cultural disconnect across the business.

How we help

We produced a Resilience Assessment report providing guidance on three key areas:

  • Updating tech stack, including CRM.
  • Improving the structure of internal comms.
  • Simplifying and automating work allocation.
